Refund policy
At Blackvillain, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 5-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, Innerwear (including lingerie, socks, and bodysuits) cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Shipping Fees

A flat Return Charge of 140 INR will be applicable on all return requests.

This amount will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. The Return Process

Request: Email us at Support@Blackvillain.in with your Order ID and the reason for return.

Pickup: Once approved, our shipping partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, etc.) will attempt a pickup within 2-3 business days.

Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
5. Refunds

Timeline: Refunds are initiated only after the return pickup is successfully closed and the product has passed inspection.

Credit: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit (depending on your preference). Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping Charges: While we offer Free Shipping on orders, the 140 INR return fee is mandatory for all reverse logistics.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact Admin@Blackvillain.in within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. In these specific cases, the return charge may be waived at our discretion.
