  • Given the nature of Trending/Viral products, stock is limited and prices may fluctuate based on market demand.

  • Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction (Mumbai, MH, and Pan-India).

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address (Support@Blackvillain.in handles account queries), so that we can complete your transactions.

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DISPATCH

  • Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

  • Delivery: Standard delivery time is 7-10 days across India.

  • Partners: We utilize third-party logistics including Amazon, Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax. Blackvillain is not liable for delays caused by these third-party carriers.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your use of our service is also governed by our Return Policy:

  • 5-day return window (excluding innerwear).

  • 140 INR return charge applies to all returns.

  • Refunds are processed only after the return pickup is closed and inspected.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (Blackvillain), images, and blog/news articles, is the property of Blackvillain and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
