  • Pan-India: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Speed: We know you want your gear fast. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Working Days: Our dispatch team operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 7 to 10 Business Days across India.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location (Metro vs. Tier 3 cities) or due to external factors like extreme weather or festive rushes.

4. Our Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable service, we partner with India’s leading logistics providers:

  • Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Ekart, BlueDart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax.

  • The specific partner is chosen based on the fastest route to your specific Pincode.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our Mumbai facility, you will receive a tracking link via email (sent to your registered ID) or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real-time on the respective partner's website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Changes

  • Our partners will typically attempt delivery three times before returning the product to us.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

7. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at Support@Blackvillain.in. We highly recommend filming an unboxing video for easy claims regarding damaged or missing items.
