1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver across India within 5–7 working days after dispatch.


2. How long is order processing?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.


3. Which courier partners do you use?

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available in most serviceable pincodes.


5. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
You can track the shipment anytime.


6. Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
(Except for undergarments, which cannot be returned.)


7. Are there any return charges?

Yes. A flat ₹140 return fee is deducted from the refund amount.


8. What is your refund time?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


9. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

Please contact us within 24–48 hours with a video/photo.
We will replace or refund immediately.

No, we currently operate as an online-only brand.

Yes, cancellation is possible within 1 hour of placing your order.
After dispatch, cancellation isn’t allowed.

Yes! We update our catalog weekly with new viral and problem-solver products.
